Only down fall I can express is that our cleaners can’t manually input what we owe them for laundry drop off. The customer service team has given me so much peace of mind. I think I contacted their customer service messaging team like 10 times already (lol) and every single conversation has saved me SO much time and so many gray hairs. At first the app/website can be tricky to get used to but Turno is totally worth it once you get through the learning curve. It was a process… BUT I found Turno and things have become so seamless 🙏🏽. As a Co-host I also had to chase the homeowners to make sure they paid the cleaners. On top of that having to manually pay cleaners takes extra unnecessary time out of my busy schedule.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s not an easy app to figure out at first, but once things are set up right and you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a great service that makes my life a little easier.įor the start of my Airbnb business I wasn’t using Turno and it was frustrating to keep up with everything. They really have the corner on the market. I’m excited that they were solvable problems and I don’t have to dump the app, because there’s nothing else like it out there that’s any good (believe me, I looked!). Frank wasn’t available, but Maddie helped me, and between her and Frank, they solved all my issues with the app.
Once I finished the steps to fix that problem I went back to figure out the second half of the issue. Surprisingly, I got an actual human being (Frank) fairly quickly who showed me how to solve to first part of my problem. After struggling with these issues for a couple weeks and never finding the solution, I finally contacted the customer support team for the app. I was having A LOT of problems with it duplicating cleaning projects for my Airbnb and creating projects that had nothing to do with my bookings. Turnoverbnb is a great concept and I’m glad I found it, but it’s not the most user friendly app until you get used to it.
